Fodele is located in the center of Crete, specifically located on its northern axis, between Heraklion and Rethymno, approximately 25 km west of the city of Heraklion and 50 km east of the city of Rethymno. More specifically, inside a verdant valley with citrus trees and just 2.5 km from the coast of the Cretan Sea, the "multi-river" Fodele is built.
