Terms & Conditions - House Rules
- To ensure a pleasant stay and avoid any misunderstandings, please read the property policy.
- By confirming your reservation and accepting the property policies, it is understood that you have read and accepted these regulations and that you will fully comply with them.
- Upon arrival, you must show a copy of your ID/passport to the owner in order to register the short-term rental of the property as required by Greek Law. In the event that the owner needs to keep your details for his records, he is obliged to take a photo or photocopy on site and return the documents to you.
- Litinos Villas will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of any person nor any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the tenant or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connected with the letting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever.
- We advise you to arrange your own insurance to cover yourselves and your personal belongings whilst staying at the property.
- Check in after 14:00
- Check out latest 12:00
- Minimum Stay is 3 nights (except July and August)
- Minimum Stay in July and August is 5 nights
- Refundable damage deposit 100€ (To be payed by pos or cash upon arrival)
- Children - Infants welcome
- Pets (upon agreement and additional charge)
- If a cancellation is requested 2 weeks before arrival the amount charged will be 100% of the total cost of the stay.
- If it is requested 3 weeks before arrival the amount charged will be 100% of the booking deposit.
- If it is requested 4 weeks before arrival the amount charged will be 50% of the booking deposit.
- The number of people occupying the property may not exceed the number on the booking confirmation, maximum of 4 persons.
- The tenant agrees to keep the property and all fittings, furniture equipment and other contents in or on the property in a like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the letting and will make good (or arrange with us to make good) any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of letting.
- Unless otherwise stated, the rental of the property includes, rates, insurance of the property and electricity. The property is equipped with crockery, cutlery, sheets, blankets and adequate cleaning equipment, linen and towels (not to be used as beach towels please!).
- Litinos Villas lettings are by Day - Week (unless by prior arrangement) from 14:00 on the date of arrival to latest by 12:00 on the date of departure.
- The time lapse is to enable the property to be inspected in between lets to ensure everything is in good order. Long lets can be arranged in advance.
- Children should be attended at all times by their parents/guardians at the pool and inside the villa and its exterior spaces. Tenants are asked to leave the property clean and tidy and to ensure that they take all belongings with them. On changeover days there is only time for a superficial check and a general clean.
- We rely upon the goodwill of our guest’s whole co-operation, which will be greatly appreciated. Should the property be left in a poor condition, requiring more intensive cleaning, then this will be charged at 50€.
- The acceptance of the property from the tenant will be deemed an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
